Master
12 x Wall Balls (All divisions – 9/6)

(Score = Time or number of reps completed before the time cap)

 

Qualifier 2 - Dropping Bombs 

Part A:

·       Max effort row in 3 minutes.

(Score = number of metres completed in the 3 minute window)

 

Part B:

After part A there will be a 1 minute transition before starting part B.

·       Clean and Jerk ladder

Score= Last successful lift in Kg. (example, 125kg = 125) 

Starting Weights

(Male Rx start at 60kg adding 10kg every minute, at 100kg this changes to 5kg every minute)

(Female Rx start at 45kg adding 5kg every minute, at 65kg this changes to 2.5kg every minute)

(Masters Male start at 50kg adding 10kg every minute, at 90kg this changes to 5kg every minute)

(Masters Female start at 40kg adding 5kg every minute, at 60kg this changes to 2.5kg every minute)

(Scaled Male start at 50kg adding 10kg every minute, at 80kg this changes to 5kg every minute)

(Scaled Female start at 40kg adding 5kg every minute, at 55kg this changes to 2.5kg every minute)

When the clock hits 4 minutes the athlete will perform 1 x C+J, every minute on the minute until they can no longer successfully complete the rep in the one minute window.

The athlete will have the whole minute to successfully complete the rep, if they fail the rep they can reattempt as many times as they wish inside the one minute window.

 

Qualifier 3 - Fight Through!
